Yes, we have both male and female housing and they are co-ed living spaces. 

Yes, we do require everyone to sign a lease. Lease terms vary based on your needs but typically run 9-12 mos. 

Yes, we require a security deposit which is equal to one months rent. There is also a key deposit in the amount of $5.00. 

Rent prices vary based on the type and size of your room. Please contact us with your needs and we will be able to give you accurate pricing based on your needs. 

Yes, we do perform credit checks, background checks, and past eviction checks. It is for the safety of the house and also for us to process your application. 

Yes, we have had many nations represented over the years and we are thrilled to house international students. The lease structure is based on a 6 months lease due to visa restrictions. 

It depends on which ministry school you are attending and which location you are living. But we are generally 10-15 minutes from either school from all locations. 

In most of the houses the utilities are included in the monthly rent. There are a few properties in which the utilities are billed additionally and are split equally amongst the roommates. 

No way! We have great public transportation and most of the students are happy to carpool. It is recommended to help out with gas costs if you are carpooling. 

No, we do not enforce curfews in any of the properties. You are free to come and go as you please. 

No, we do not offer guest passes for conferences. If everyone had a guest during a conference we would double in size and we are all about protecting the space for all the roommates :) 

Most likely :) We do have some rooms with private bathrooms, but most are sharing a bathroom. No need to fret, we have plenty of restrooms. 

You are welcome to have guests stay over. You have 5 guest passes each over a 12 month period. We require 72 hour notice for any guest requests. All requests will need to be approved by house leadership. 

If you are in the Harrisburg location, all parking is on street and you are able to obtain a parking pass for $30/yr. It will allow you to park in designated areas around the house. At the other locations there is limited off street parking and on street parking is free. 

Yes, you re welcome to pre-pay rent if you choose. You may do so using the online portal you will set up.

Yes! We have fully functional kitchens for you to use to prepare meals. 

Unfortunately, no. We have a no pet policy due to the fact that many people have allergies or phobias when it comes to pets. 

We will provide you with a full list of what to bring and what not to bring. Please contact us if you have any specific questions on items that may not be on that list.
